Bio: Ryan Smith

826 Boston Store and Events Coordinator Ryan Smith hails from the small town of Rehoboth, Massachusetts, home to the first ever recorded tornado in the United States. Ryan is a 2009 graduate of the University of Massachusetts-Amherst with a B.A in English and a specialization in Professional Writing and Technical Communication. During his undergraduate career, Ryan took part in service learning adventures, worked to develop a sustainable student-run business and served as a University Writing Tutor. Ryan is an avid Non-fiction science writer with a particular inclination towards Cryptozoology. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys distance running, celebratory tandem bike rides and playing scrabble.
